New problem with baskets

Is anybody else experiencing this one? For the past 3 days I can only collect 2 baskets,then I'm told I can only collect 3 per day but I know I've actually only gotten 2! The oddest thing is it's the 1st one (the one with the free animal) that I don't get; so when I claim my 1st basket it's the 2nd of the day that shows etc Hope this makes sense and that somebody can help!
