Problem with sparklers

There appears to be a problem with collecting sparklers from the wall. The "bonus" ones where an animal is posted are fine but when I click on published sparklers I am consistently receiving the message "Sparkler already claimed. Go find another one" Have cleared cache and rebooted etc
