For those having Trouble Claiming items off the feed.

Zoo Facebook recently required ALL applications to make a change to the way items are retrieved from the wall. When you click to retrieve an item you will be directed to your Zoo where you will receive a popup to make sure you would like the item. Make sure that you click ACCEPT. Once you click accept you will receive another popup confirming that you received the item. Remember to give time to let everything load

For those who are using Internet Explorer, those who cannot accept things off the feed click on "tools", then from drop down menu click "compatibility view settings". In the pop-up in a box under sites you have added to the compatibility view, you will probably find "facebook.com" as added. Click it once, and then click on "remove". Your problem should now be solved.
Otherwise, try another browser such as chrome or Firefox, and if the problem persists let me know.
