Missing Items in Frontierville

I have several items that have been missing for nearly a week; three signs for which I paid real money (horseshoes) disappeared completely a few minutes after purchase. Several animals are also missing. I have contacted Zynga support several times about this, but they always say they will be glad to help and do not give me any info that helps me solve the problem. I really want my six horseshoes back, since I did not get anything for my money!
Also, I have waited so far over three days for thorns to reappear so I can complete my mission of having my child clear five thorns. None have come back and I cannot advance in the game. Zynga merely told me they will reappear eventually. Can someone suggest a solution to these problems??

Hi, Can't help with the missing items sorry. Re the thorns, if you clear the top corners of your land (move them or clear) you will find the thorns grow back quicker. Its in this corner they appear. Hope this helps. Nicky x

Thanksk for the suggestion. I moved buildings to clear the top corners this morning. Still no thorns, but I'll wait and see what happens.

You can purchase thorns with horseshoes, but since you've had problems with previous horseshoe purchases, I'd understand if you are reluctant to do that!!
